Safeguarding

Our commitment

Every child at the club has the right to play in a safe, respectful environment. Safeguarding comes before every other consideration, including results.

Adults at the club

• Coaches and regular volunteers complete a background check before working with children.
• At least two adults are present at every session.
• Adults do not arrange to be alone with a child, and do not contact players privately; messages go through parents or the club's official channels.

Sessions

• Attendance is taken at every session, and children are released only to a parent or an adult the parent has named.
• Emergency contacts and medical information are available to the session leader.
• Groups are organized by age and experience, and each group has its own leader and playing space.

Raising a concern

If you are worried about a child, tell the session leader or use the contact form. Every concern is taken seriously and handled confidentially.
